Original datasets of a virtual and 2 real species were altered to create 12 bias combining 4 bias types and 3 bias intensities. Five methods of sampling bias correction were employed to assess the improvement in the modeled distribution relative to the original distribution using MAXENT. Correction performance was assessed using AUC and 3 measures of overlap between the corrected the original unbiased model.
