Co-expression of HeV M and NiV M with mCherry-tagged ANP32B in HEK293T cells resulted in nuclear accumulation of both virus proteins (d–f and j–l, respectively), whereas no nuclear accumulation of HeV M and NiV M was detectable in the absence of mCherry-ANP32B (a–c and g–i, respectively). No nuclear accumulation was detected for RABV P (m–p).
