DISCO region-scheduling and k-space segmentation scheme. A high spatial resolution pre-contrast acquisition is acquired covering the entire k-space, with optional variable flip angle data acquired for T1 mapping. Following injection of Gadolinium contrast, dynamic images with 9s temporal resolution are acquired over a period of 2 minutes. Only a part of k-space is acquired for each dynamic phase, which are then reconstructed using viewsharing. Following this dynamic acquisition, 3-4 post-contrast phases are acquired with high spatial resolution to complete the study.
