Exclusion criteria (see text) resulted in a slightly lower rate, but the pattern remained (dotted line). (b) Incidence rates (with exclusions). Shows incidence rates by age group. PCNSL incidence rates increased in 1995 and then decreased in the 20- to 39-year-old age group and 40- to 64-year-old age group (P < 0.00) in each comparison). In contrast, incidence steadily increased in the 65+ year old age group.
