Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of the mRNA expression levels of PI3K, Akt, PTEN and RhoA at the implantation site and the inter-implantation site in the endometrium. β-actin was used as an internal control. The experiment was performed 3 times. Three mice were used in each experiment. The analysis was performed on day 5. **P<0.01 indicates statistical significance between the implantation site and inter-implantation site in the endometrium.
