Single-cell suspensions of H28, H2052 and Meso4 were seeded at 5 x 103/well/ml onto a 24-well plate. Sphere-forming efficiency (%) was determined by dividing the number of spheres formed by the original seeded cells. The quotient was then multiplied by 100.
