Study flow. Study flow of patients referred for endoscopy. A total of 277 patients were excluded: 6 patients because of incomplete endoscopy, 31 patients because of protocol violation (no follow-up investigation in normal endoscopy but faecal calprotectin > 50 μg/g), 244 patients because of insufficient data at chart review to calculate EPAGE score and 63 patients because they could not be assessed using the predefined list of EPAGE criteria. * Patients included in [22].
