A. Thymocytes of WT/OT-II and KO/OT-II mice were stained with anti-CD4, anti-CD8, and anti-Vβ5. Representative FACS plots are shown. Splenocytes of WT/OT-II and KO/OT-II mice were stimulated with ovalbumin peptides at indicated concentration for 3 days.
