After treatment with MEHP (0, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 µM) for 24 hours, the MDA (A), GSH (B) levels and SOD activities (C) were measured by corresponding assay kit. Data from three independent experiments was presented in the form of mean±SEM; n = 6. * P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference compared to the control group.
