Genetic analyses indicate that ubc-25 acts with cul-1. Box and whisker plots presenting quantification of intestinal nuclei in rtIs14 animals deficient for ubc-25 activity in combination with (A) lin-35(RNAi), (B) cki-1(RNAi), (C) cdc-14(he141), (D) fzr-1(ku298), (E) cdc-25.1(rr31), and (F) cul-1(RNAi). unc-73(RNAi) is used as a negative control. RNA interference treatment or second genetic mutation is indicated above the horizontal line that indicates the common genetic background indicated below.
