Elevated urine 8-OHdG is defined as maternal urine 8-OHdG ≥ 8.01 ng/mg creatinine (highest quartile in the controls). Pre-pregnancy overweight status is defined as maternal pre-pregnancy BMI≥ 25 kg/m2.
