The complete Marchantia transcript data set was queried against the complete set of transcripts in the genomes of closely related species Physcomitrella patens, Selaginella mollendorffii and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii using TBLASTX with an e-value cut off of 1e-05. Transcripts with a positive hit in more than one genome are shown in the intersect of those species.
