(A) Growth curves of lung adenocarcinoma cells were analyzed by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay. Each value is the mean±standard deviation (SD) of triplicate cultures. Bmi-1 knockdown cells grew more slowly than wild-type and control cells (p<0.05); (B) Cell viability of lung adenocarcinoma cells, as determined by the trypan blue exclusion assay. There were no differences in cell viability between Bmi-1 knockdown and control cells (p>0.05).
