Axial images of contrast-enhanced abdominal CT (a) and PET (b) show an enhancing uterine cervical mass with FDG uptake (SUVmax 15.9). After CCRT, axial images of contrast-enhanced abdominal CT (c) and PET (d) show decreased size of the cervical mass with SUVmax 2.7. Sagittal T2-weighted image of MRI shows no mass in the cervix with low cervical signal intensity. Colposcopy and PAP smear results were negative for malignancy
