Host and human cytokine levels in the sera of mice harboring SiHaCDV or SiHaparental tumors compared to tumor-free animals. Cytokine levels in the sera of mice were determined after 1–5 weeks post-inoculation of the cells. Each bar represents the average (±SD) of three individual mice. Human cytokines GM-CSF, IL-1b, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-7, IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, IL-17, MIP1β, M-CSF, TNF-β were undetectable. The mouse cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), IL-6, IL-13, macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) and IL-18 were detectable but no differences among the three groups of mice were observed.
