One gene did not amplify on the 96 well LDA panel,platforms and, therefore, only 93 of 94 test genes are reported in tables 3 through 5. The gene was Cga (Gene ID 116700), glycoprotein hormones, alpha subunit, with FC 0.390 and p value 0.02. Two genes were used as controls and not listed in the tables.
All genes in table are currently (July 2011) recognized as genes at the NCBI website.
