Ursolic acid inhibits TNF-α-induced protein expression of ICAM-1 and c-FLIPL. (a and b) HT-1080 cells (a) and MCF7 cells (b) were preincubated with various concentrations of ursolic acid for 1 h and then incubated with (+) or without (–) TNF-α (2.5 ng/mL) for 6 h in the presence or absence of ursolic acid. Protein expression of ICAM-1 and c-FLIPL was analyzed by Western blotting.
