High-magnification views show that (I-M) titin Z1Z2 and α-actinin are at the Z-lines of an αTM1+/+ striated myofibril, while (N-W) titin Z1Z2 is inconsistently associated with α-actinin puncta in the αTM1−/− F-actin fibrils.
