NQO1 levels and HSP90AA1 expression in OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts. (A) Protein lysates of OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts (DMB and FG₀) were analysed by Western blot for endogenous levels of NQO1. Results are representative of 2 independent experiments. (B) Real time PCR was used to measure levels of HSP90AA1 mRNA relative to the housekeeping gene β actin, in a panel of OSCC cell lines and normal fibroblasts. Histogram shows pooled results of 2- 3 independent experiments, analysed by one-way ANOVA, with Dunnet’s post-test relative to WHCO1.
