Combinational effect of cetuximab and miR-146a mimic in HepG2 cells. Cetuximab (0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 μM) was combined with miR-146a mimic (0.001, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 μM) and cell proliferation was detected by MTS assay.
