Properties of mLolB derivatives with mutations at Leu-68. A, KT60 cells harboring both pYKT122 and the specified pRT102 derivative were grown on LB broth in the presence (+) and absence (−) of 0.02% arabinose (ara) and/or 50 μm IPTG at 30 °C for the indicated times with repeated inoculation of portions of the culture into fresh medium.
