In vitro activity of the Ac-LPFFD-NH2 or Ac-LPFFN-NH2 BSBps. Fluorescence changes were monitored continuously at 393 K at 484 nm (450-nm excitation wavelength) in a 1-ml final volume containing 10 μm ThT, 16.0 μm1–40 in 20 mm Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, alone (a) and in the presence of a 12 m excess of Ac-LPFFD-NH2 (b) or Ac-LPFFN-NH2 (c).
