Major radiographic response is defined as ≥20% decrease in tumor volume compared to baseline; minor radiographic response is defined as 5–19% decrease in tumor volume compared to baseline. Major hearing response is defined as a statistically significant increase in word discrimination score compared to baseline; minor hearing response is defined as a decrease in PTA ≥10 dB in the setting of stable word recognition scores
