Titration series of PSA in buffer (PBS) solution at three different concentrations of the capturing antibody H117 (15 µgmL⁻¹, µgmL⁻¹ and 154 µgmL⁻¹). The LOD was found to be 2.5 ngmL⁻¹ when the capturing antibody was 15 µgmL⁻¹ and was reduced to 80 pgmL⁻¹ and 800 fgmL⁻¹ when the capturing antibody concentrations were 35 µgmL⁻¹ and 154 µgmL⁻¹, respectively. Signal of negative control (N) increases significantly at the higher concentration of H117 (154µgmL⁻¹).
