All ADHF
Incident ADHF
HFpEF (%) HFrEF (%) p Value HFpEF (%) HFrEF (%) p Value
All 41.7 58.3 <0.001 47.0 53.0 0.02

White men 33.0 67.0 <0.001 38.2 61.8 <0.001

The percentages listed in the table are the row percentages based on 90.1% of validated hospitalized ADHF events and 88.8% of incident ADHF events with heart function assessment and are weighted to account for sampling probabilities, yielding a weighted number of 15,737 hospitalized ADHF events and 9,871 incident ADHF events with heart function assessment. p Values are based on testing among ADHF events that can be classified as HFrEF or HFpEF.
