The relaxation times T1laser and T1n were measured with and without the pulsed laser irradiation at the repetition rate of 50 Hz, respectively. T1e is the electron contribution in T1laser. The initial gradient dP(t)/dt|t=0 of the polarization buildup curve, fitted by P(t)=Pfin(1et/τ), was calculated by Pfin/τ.
