(a) IEC-6 cells were incubated with an anti-AIF antibody after AOPP-RSA treatment for the indicated time, incubated with a rhodamine-conjugated secondary antibody, and counterstained with DAPI. AIF nuclear translocation is demonstrated by the overlap of AIF and nuclear staining. (b) Analysis of AIF translocation using nuclear/cytosolic fractionation immunoblotting.
