TSH, thyrotropin; T4, thyroxine; T3, triiodothyronine. BMI, body mass index; HOMA-IR, insulin resistance; high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). All participants (n = 120) were included for these analyses, except to the serum iodine in which only samples from 52 women were measured. Simple Pearson or Spearman correlation tests were applied.
