Immunohistochemical expression of the transcobalamin II transport protein (TCII), transcobalamin II cell surface receptor (TCII-R) and proliferative index (Ki-67) in human cancer xenografts. Immunohistochemical staining was performed using TCN2 (anti-TCII), CD320 (anti-TCII-R) and MIB-1 (anti-Ki-67)-specific antibodies. Ki-67 percentages were multiplied by 100 to enable use of the y axis scale.
