Curcumin inhibits TNF-α-stimulated migration in VSMCs. VSMCs were resuspended in a conditioned medium following treatment with TNF-α for 23 h, and were added to the upper components of the migration chamber in the presence of 20 and 40 μM curcumin (or 10 μM GM-6001). *P<0.05, vs. control group; #P<0.05, vs. TNF-α-treated group; &P<0.05, vs. TNF-α + curcumin group.
