Glutathione levels in Arabidopsis leaves and roots. Rosette leaves were from plants grown in uncontaminated soil or soil contaminated with 50 mg kg−1 TNT for 6 weeks. Roots were from 2-week-old plants grown on 1/2 MS plus agar plates. Wild-type (WT) and GST-U24- and GST-U25-overexpressing plants were used. Results are means of eight biological replicates ± sd.
