The maximum clade credibility phylogeny for nucleoprotein gene fragment of rabies virus from the outbreak in Bali in 2009–2010 analysed with sequence data of some viruses from other islands in Indonesia and from some countries that are available in GenBank. The name of the island and the isolate code is presented for rabies viruses from Indonesia. The letters ‘H’ and ‘D’ for viruses from Bali represent human and dog viruses, respectively. Phylogeny was inferred in the Bayesian MCMC analysis using BEAST software. The posterior probability values are shown next to respective node.
