Involvement of TLR4 in AILb-A-induced tumor regression. LL/2-bearing wild-type C57BL/6 mice (A) and TLR4−/− mice (B) and SCCVII-bearing C3H/HeN (C) and C3H/HeJ (D) mice received physiological saline or 10 μg of AILb-A peritumorally on days 11, 15, 18, 22, and 25 after tumor cell inoculation.
