The NTP increases tyrosine phosphorylation of PLC-γ1. Western blot analysis was performed on spleen cell lysates from CON and NTP-treated rats after incubation with anti-TCR MAb for 0 and 2 min. Densitometric analysis indicates increases of more than twofold over the basal levels (unstimulated [0 min]) of PLC-γ by NTP treatment.
