Mutated allele was detected up to a degree of 4.5%. 2) Difference plot for HRM analysis of serial dilutions of IDH2 R140Q: Correct estimation was possible up to a mutation ratio of 4.5%; lower mutation ratios were identified false-negative. Normalisation was performed to the wt allele.
