Quantification of Epab and Pabpc1 messenger RNA (mRNA) expression in isolated spermatogenic cells from mature male mouse using Qualitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Spermatocytes, round spermatids, and elongated spermatids were isolated from mature male testis, and spermatozoa were isolated from cauda epididymis. The qRT-PCRs for Epab and Pabpc1 were normalized to β-actin expression used as an internal control.
