Of the 10 samples culture positive for melioidosis, 9 were positive by IHA and 1 was negative; for ICT IgM, 10 were positive and 0 were negative; for ICT IgG, 7 were positive and 3 were negative. Of the 150 samples that were culture negative for melioidosis, 13 were positive by IHA and 137 were negative; for ICT IgM, 47 were positive and 103 were negative; for ICT IgG, 15 were positive and 135 were negative.
