Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) for Anthurium leaves under low temperature. The number of up-regulated and down-regulated genes in cold treated plants was shown. We use “FDR (False Discovery Rate) ≤ 0.001 and the absolute value of log2Ratio ≥ 1” as the threshold to judge the significance of gene expression difference. Control plants were grown at 23°C. 1 h, 5 h, 24 h, plants were treated under 6°C low temperature for 1 h, 5 h and 24 h, respectively.
