Mice were injected with MOG, PLP, and MBP or infected ocularly with HSV-IL-2. Naive mice were used as a mock control. Fourteen days post-treatment, brain and spinal cord from three mice per group were harvested and digested with collagenase (400UI/TG). The cell suspension was filtered through a 45mm cell strainer and stained with anti-CD45, anti-CD3, anti-CD11b, and anti-CD11c then analyzed by flow cytometry. CD45+ cells were gated for expression of T cells, CD11b, or CD11c. Panels: (A) T cells; (B) CD11b+ cells; and (C) CD11c+ cells.
