B–G, qPCR analysis of the components of the Sonic Hedgehog pathway in mouse pancreas. B, as expected, GLI1 expression was reduced in the GKO/KPC. C–G, GLI2 (C), GLI3 (D), PATCHED1 (F), and SMOOTHENED (G) showed as well a reduced expression in the GKO/KPC compared with KPC. SHH levels did not change in both experimental groups.
