(a) Hep3B cells were treatment with TF (200 ng/ml), FVII (200 ng/ml), PAR2 agonist (200 ng/ml), PAR1 agonist (200 ng/ml) or thrombin (200 ng/ml) for 24 h, and total amount of cells and supernatant protein were harvested and detected for LC3A/B and β-actin by western blot assay.
