Effects of As₂O₃ on cell viability in BMSCs isolated from bones of control rats and cultured with 0–15 μM As₂O₃ in growth medium for 48 hr (A) or with 0, 0.5, or 1 μM As₂O₃ in differentiation medium for 3–18 days (B). Cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. Data are presented as mean ± SD for three independent experiments in triplicate.
