Absorbance (280 nm) and interference (655 nm) sedimentation data were collected at 50,000 rpm and analyzed in terms of a c(s) distribution using iButton temperature parameters for the buffer density, viscosity and BSA partial specific volume. Sedimentation cofficients and estimated molar masses for the BSA monomer shown are based on the absorbance data. These data are only corrected for time and temperature.
