Effect of CD40 agonist on survival of T. gondii-infected animals. (A) Wild-type mice were infected perorally with T. gondii cysts. Beginning on either day 3 or week 5 post-infection, mice were treated with CD40 agonist antibody (FGK115) or PBS twice weekly for a 2-week period.
