A PCa tissue microarray was subjected to IHC staining of AR, RUNX2 and SNAI2. A. The relationships between SNAI2 staining and nuclear AR and RUNX2 staining, summarized in Supplemental Table S6, are represented here by three cases. Case 1 is strongly stained for SNAI2 (Score=3) as well as for nuclear RUNX2 and AR. Case 2, with high nuclear AR, but no nuclear RUNX2 staining lacks SNAI2 staining, Case 3, with a low level of nuclear AR and a high level of nuclear RUNX2 also lacks SNAI2 staining. B.
