mRNA expression of mPhT2, TNFα, and IL-6 in mouse spleen induced by LPS. (A) mPhT2 mRNA was significantly increased in spleen when mice were injected with LPS (1.0 mg/kg i.p.) and samples obtained 2, 4, and 6 h after the injection.
