Protein expression of TNFα and IL-6 in mouse serum induced by LPS. Mice were injected with LPS (1.0 mg/kg i.p.) and samples obtained 2, 4, and 6 h after the injection. TNFα and IL-6 protein was increased significantly as compared with control mice. Data are expressed as mean ± SD, n = 4.
