(C) The presence of FANCG and FANCM in purified FA core complex is confirmed by western blotting with antibodies against the endogenous proteins. The purified core complex was run on SDS-PAGE alongside whole-cell extracts (WCE) from ΔFANCG and ΔFANCM DT40 cells.
