Modulated expression of trout chemokine receptors in primary HK macrophages. Four day old primary HK macrophages were stimulated with PAMPs (polyI:C and PGN), and recombinant trout cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ) for 2, 4, 8 and 24 h. Quantification of gene expression was as described in Fig. 6. Modulated expression was expressed as a fold change calculated as the mean expression levels in stimulated cells normalized to that of time-matched controls.
