DS-SILY20 regulates PDGF- or IFN-γ-induced ERK-1/2 phosphorylation in SMCs. Relative phosphorylated ERK-1/2 produced in (A, B) proliferative and (C, D) quiescent SMCs treated with 10 ng/mL (A, C) PDGF or (B, D) IFN-γ with or without DS-SILY20.
